Deposit required to reserve all bookings.
Cancellations
To avoid a fee, please be sure to give at least 24 hours notice when needing to cancel/reschedule.
This will help me accommodate any necessary changes.
Deposit Refunds are NOT available for:
- Cancelling/rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice
- Late guests that I am unable to accommodate (each client is given 15 min. after scheduled time)
- No call, no show guests (which will not be rebooked in the future)
- Change of heart, on day of service,
(Guest may choose alternative services totaling at least 50% of service quote or charged 50% of amount discussed during consult.)
